1. Computer Screen Just Went White

Nov 23, 2015 - Today I put some heavy load on my GPU, then the screen went white. I turned the computer off, but it stayed like this until I restarted the monitor. Hi.my Dv3-4070 obtained the white screen issue when I switched it on with low battery pack and changed on the adaptor, it questioned for changing images, which i clicked ok for, and it transformed all white. The external display also doesnt function. I haven't opened up it up ór anything cause miné acquired a 2 month guarantee and it's been recently over a 12 months since I bought it. I m expecting HP will recognize it'h commitment and fix it, but I got another problem with it when I purchased it and they had been like, 'this is not covered' or something. I want there has been someway to obtain the data from it tiIl I can obtain it fixed, which history tells me it will take at least a 30 days.
